Our Customer Service Stars are the first people our 'customers' hear when calling into the organisation; and we're looking for more recruits!

What you'll be doing?

  • Not being in a call centre - we do more than take incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Roster Management - ensuring our staff are where they need to be, when they need to be there and knowing what to do
  • Problem Solving - responding to: 'where's my carer?' or 'I can't find the client's home!'
